Sunday nights, 10pm to 1am, KPFA 91.4 FM, Berkeley:
Discreet Music a mix of experimental music and progressive rock.

Wednesday nights, 9pm to midnight, KALW 91.7 FM, San Francisco:
Echoes is more world fusion and impressionistic, but they do play some progressive rock. (Later: I see the show is no longer on KALW's schedule, but I'm leaving it here as a reference in the event there's a push to bring it back.)

Thursday mornings, 6am to 9am, KZSU 90.1 FM, Stanford:
Memory Select with free jazz, improvised, prog, avant-whatever.  Do check out the playlists.

Thursday nights, 8:30pm to 10pm, KUSF 90.3 FM, San Francisco:
Radio Goethe featuring progressive rock bands from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Saturday nights, 8pm to midnight, KALW 91.7 FM, San Francisco:
Tangents is all over the map, including progressive rock.

Sunday afternoons, 4pm to 6pm, Delicious Agony:
Encore presentation of last Tuesday's Shadow and Light.

Friday evenings, 9pm to midight, on The Dividing Line:
Eric Brooks' Critic's Carnival broadcasts from Castro Valley and plays Bay Area unsigned bands.  And you can use the online chat facility to heckle the dj.

Tuesday afternoons, 3pm to 5pm, on Delicious Agony:
Joe Mallon's progressive rock show Shadow and Light broadcasts from Albany.

Interweb Radio Plays BayProg Music

Aural Moon These guys have a wonderful progressive rock playlist, very good sound quality, feature many SF Bay Area bands, and they have a request line so you can request specific songs (hint-hint).  Don's favorite.

Gagliarchives Saturday nights 10pm to 2am 88.9/95.1 FM in New Jersey, and Wednesday afternoons 2pm to 6pm on Aural Moon.

Arbitron Radio Ratings at Radio and Records.  Note that the San Francisco Bay Area is the fourth largest radio market in the country.  (Hmm, for some unfathomable reason they list San Jose separately.  Include that and we're almost tied for third.)

John Szpara's Exposure Radio Show Sunday nights, 9:00pm to 11:00pm, on KSJS 90.5 FM, San Jose.  Exposure is no longer on the air, though it might resurface later on another radio station  Check the web site for updates and playlists.
