Vacation -- Pine Mountain Lake
We were on vacation last week, renting a house on Pine Mountain Lake, with a quick trip to Yosemite.
Pine Mountain Lake is in Groveland, California, a little west of Yosemite. The lake was created in 1969 with a short dam on the north side, and fed from a spring and from mountain runoff. The water was delightfully clean and a perfect temperature.
Ahh, I love a nice lake, and I miss the lakes on the east coast. 'Not too many lakes in California.
